Diane Price – Sales Representative

Diane’s family has lived in Ancaster for more than 50 years, providing her with an intimate knowledge of the region. She obtained her license in 2004, where year after year she achieved the highest level of sales with Homelife Macro Realty Inc. Brokerage.

Her Top Producer status placed her consistently in the top 5% throughout all of Canada. She made the switch to Keller Williams in 2014 because the culture at Keller Williams aligns with core belief system. Keller Williams also provides an incredible environment with endless learning opportunities so she can provide our clients with top quality care.

Today she sits on the Board of Directors for the Realtors Association of Hamilton-Burlington and believes it is a privilege to give back to her profession. As a Top Producer who is guided by passion for her career, she remains wholly customer service based and detail-oriented. Outside of the office, she enjoys hockey, riding onHarley Davidson motorcycles, reading and health & fitness.


Justin Price – Sales Representative

Justin has been licensed since 2008. He graduated McMaster University with a degree in Medical Radiation Sciences. He has recently shifted his focus primarily to Real Estate taking on the role of Director of Operations for the Diane Price Real Estate Team. Justin has always had an interest and passion for management and finally took the leap to pursue this on a full-time basis. Although he is primarily dealing with the systems and staff that ensure our clients get top level service, he is also a support agent that helps with all aspects of a real estate transaction.

Justin is also a Licensed Mortgage Agent with Ontario Lending Solutions Inc. He is happy to help our clients with arranging a mortgage or answering any questions regarding mortgages.

Justin is married and has two beautiful children, Nathan & Ava, and a German Shepherd named Kairos.


Heather Lindsay – Broker

Heather is a trusted and experienced real estate professional who strives to provide top quality service and amazing results. Licensed in 2000 and initially serving the Oakville & Mississauga markets, Heather moved to the Hamilton area in 2005, and immediately fell in love with this vibrant city and all its unique neighbourhoods.

She believes that continuous self-improvement and increasing one’s knowledge base is essential to delivering the best service and as such she obtained her real estate Broker’s license in 2015. Her passion for people is evident in her desire to really get to know her clients and to fulfill their lifestyle vision.

Heather has acquired a wide range of experience, including a focus on residential investment properties, and is an investment property owner herself.

Outside of real estate, Heather enjoys spending time with friends and family, golfing, health and well-being and volunteering in the community.


Debbie Groves

Debbie is an administrative professional with a background in customer service and hospitality. Her organized nature combined with her positive energy enable her to provide consistent service and support to both the team and our clients.

Originally from England, Debbie emigrated to Canada where she became a valued client of the Diane Price Team. After she discovered her enthusiasm for real estate, she proceeded to become a dedicated team member.

Debbie is the proud and loving owner of a husky-shepherd named Zeke, who is our official office mascot. His boundless energy brings a sense of wellbeing to the team each and every day!
